This apartment in Kiev, Ukraine occupies an area of 120 m2. It is designed by Natalya Farnosova and Elena Samarina. The main artistic feature of the interior is the modern futuristic mosaic. The wide diversity of figures and lines, the graphics which is based on the dominance of white and black truly depict the artistic geometry and prove the simplicity. Even though the simple elements are not so sophisticated, the interior is pretty stylish due to the combination of all elements.
The apartment is small, so the architect obviously accentuated on the studio layout where the living room is combined with the dining room and the kitchen. Visually it seems that it was too hard to integrate all these kitchen cabinets and built-in appliances on the small area, however, the talented designers have managed to do that in a good manner. The eye-catching element of the area is the unusual table top of a dining table as it boasts a shape of a wave. The whole ceiling is covered with the material that looks like velours.
This small apartment reminds a salt cave because of the materials, extraordinary decorations and the original lighting system. The salt cave is quite cozy and undoubtedly it’s everybody’s dream. Designers put efforts into the nice work that is finished with white colour and minimalistic element.
