We present you today some architectural wonders that may leave you speechless. Take a look at this this newly built house. A porch, leading to a dining room and chill out area, lavish interior that captures the natural light and a functional distribution of all area are strategic to the project.
We personally like the stylish urban dining area in grey nuances. It’s more informal and one can feel the chill out atmosphere with loungers, cushions, boxes and the vital importance of the dominant colour, orange.
The house is located in a residential area close to Barcelona and the new construction is this family house is designed by Architects Marti Grané. Best part of the house is a glass facade that connects with a porch and garden, and we also appreciate the functional layout, with the necessary area. The interior design studio, Balmes Espais, took care of everything from start to finish: decoration, furniture, textiles, lighting, coatings … The result is visual continuity of all environments, but a creative mix of textures and pure fusion of styles.
In the lounge, the centre of the house, the interior designer created two environments: living and dining. Each has its own atmosphere and nice finishes. Connected with the latter is the kitchen. It was designed as a meeting place not just for having lunch and dinner. It is rectangular and has the same light and the same view of the garden room. To take full advantage of the natural light and such a nice view, the center of the kitchen was optimized with a large peninsula, a trendy bar for breakfast and a big dining table. At the opposite end to the kitchen, with direct access from the room, is the bedroom suite. Finally, the surprise that keeps this house is a second floor with an area of over 20 m2, which is accessed from the hallay. It is transparent, has a different floor, has a rustic decor that makes it a multipurpose space.
