Due to the few hours of sunlight in the year, it is common for houses in Scandinavia to have all rooms painted white. However, sometimes white is the predominant color in tapestries and furniture as well. The focus of this project is related to the interior design of a home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a total area of 227m2. It is located in the vicinity of Stockholm.
While the internal organization of the apartment is not surprising, the house is a good example of a Nordic décor. We have really enjoyed the lamps and composition created in the dining room: it has a simple wooden table that has a white board protected by glass and it is perfectly finished with eight chairs which do match the interior design .
Splashes of other colors are visible on curtains, carpets, cushions, bedding, and some upholstery.
The house is built on a land that has a slope and it is a two-story building while we see it from the street, and a three-story building if seen from the backyard (where the swimming pool is situated) . The ground floor has a living room, two bedrooms, a gym, bathroom, a storage room. The second floor is occupied by clear space for the living room, kitchen, and dining room. There is a library and a terrace overlooking the garden. The last level is left for the master bedroom, including a bathroom and a dressing room. From there you can access a spacious terrace.
