Claudia Juestel is the founder of the studio “Adeeni Design Group” and the editor of the lifestyle magazine “SFLuxe”. More than 10 years ago, she created her design company, which deals with registration of private housing and small commercial buildings. She has applied her passion for Chinese culture in her design masterpieces. She has explored one of the oldest and most prosperous civilizations on earth.
Ancient China can be recognized in painted vases, porcelain, calligraphy, and other elements.Most valued are Chinese cabinets such as drawers, cupboards and wardrobes, as well as high-class Chinese paintings that depict from landscapes to specific images of flowers and plants.

Surely some of you believe that a kitchen should be a place where you can both rest and take your way to the best culinary journey ever. Still many people don’t choose white as the color for their kitchens, because they don’t find it appropriate enough. Well, white is not synonymous with boring atmosphere, in fact we are ready to prove you wrong with today’s ideas. Our example is the Supreme design, a modern kitchen in white, welcoming space that incorporates different color touches on some elements.
The Italian manufacturer presented it as “the first white kitchen with all the colors within”, and this is not said without credible reason. In this kitchen, the furniture and kitchen appliances are seamlessly integrated with a unique kitchen island that features carefully integrated lighting, and you can choose from over 200 variations of material, not only glass, but wood and also metal.

These renderings are a part of the winning project of ideas competition for the ‘Inspiration Centre’ which will be built in Grevelingen (Netherlands). This is a nature reserve near the coast, it is linked to a lake that leads to the water surface.

The building is placed in the middle of the dam Brouwer where 1.200m2 serves as a playground, exhibition centre, restaurant and a tower from which one can admire the scenery. The most interesting element of this majestic work are the gaps embedded in the pure volume.

Almost all the showers that exist in our everyday lives feature a relatively discreet design, and this applies even to showers with LED lighting. The local authorities in New York have at their disposal some land that they could not decide how to use it. Therefore, the project which we will present is related to SPURA (Seward Park Urban Renewal Area). .Manhattan Mountain is a crazy project, it certainly overrides the limitations imposed by the municipality.

This project is mainly based on the idea of attracting many people who pass by and create a town park that would appeal to them. This large-scale architectural piece is disguised as a mountain, where you can walk, enjoy cycling, rock climbing, and snowboarding, but also it is an important commercial area with all shops loated inside. The tower which you see on the photos is for residential use.
This project is fulfilled by Ju-Hyum Kim, an architect who is convinced that the only strength of the 21 century architecture is the façade and the way one can transform it in order to create a unique atmosphere.

Juicy shades may not only change your mood, but also give the house some personality. Each house is associated with owner’s preferences, combinations and different ways to add some color accents to the interior.
In search of the source of inspiration, we have come across something very interesting and invite you to take a look at three U.S. flats that are packed with bright colors. You will find different interior styles, and respectively, different decorative techniques.Even though many colours are used for the complete interior design, the open space of all flats is preserved, and it’s given a brand new meaning to the bright accent and light concept.

If you decide to try this on your own, it will not become a budget burden, because everything can be applied either with a small accessory, or with some paint on the walls.
Bright apartment in a vintage American style

This interior is inspired by Southern California’s vibrant atmosphere of the 60ties and looks like a kaleidoscope of different colors. Still, two colors dominate the others. As you will see, those lively colours orange and turquoise. The first colour is used on a single large area wall (as an accent) and a little bit on the pillows. The second one can be found on the set of small accessories.

Even though we recognize much brightness, the palette of colors does not tire the eyes, and the house looks very spacious. This is also due to the presence of neutral colors – white background (wall) and different brown shades for the furniture.

This interior concept can be described as a very cost-effective way to add some energy in your house, because the mood is dependent on little things that can be found in inexpensive stores, markets, or you can give it a try and make them on your own.

Perhaps the first impression of this house is deceptive, but it does not appear that the decision to make this home covered with artificial turf is related to sustainability only. In fact, it is rather the opposite, because your structure cannot exist without any concrete. This Green House is built in Frohnleiten (Austria), and it’s a place with a beautiful landscape that stands out from the enthralling garden. Yet, the house is as if a part of the green environment, the building is almost camouflaged.

The lawn at the facade is not the only strong point as there are a number of concrete elements, placed in the most unlikely places. We should not miss also the details of the windows at the corners. In short, if your first impression was that we will welcome to a green house is partially wrong. It’s a green house with a good choice of extravagant details which contribute to the grandeur of the building.

We all have dream of the coast when we were kids. Gradually our dreams mature and we feel down to the ground, we are particularly attracted by more sophisticated dreams. Even if we don’t admit it, we are somehow romantics and look for the romantic atmosphere everywhere around us.

Hammocks are a long-lasting invention of the mankind as it’s pleasurable not only for children, but also for adults. But these days, we as if look for more refined ways to pamper ourselves and not to wait for the relaxing holiday in order to feel good, confident and happy.

One of our ‘weapons’ are hanging chairs that can be installed not only in the children’s room, but also at the terrace or in the garden, but even in the living room or the bedroom. The lightweight structure and the element of the game allow us to make a different at home and get new unusual experience.
Most lounge chairs in the modern interior originate from two design models:

- suspended or hanging chairs Egg, invented in 1957. They are invented by the Queen of Danish design Nanna Ditzel;
- minimalist chair-ball Bubble (bubble) Chair, created by the legendary Finn Eero Aarnio in 1968.

The second model remains virtually unchanged. As it comes to the first one (especially its eco-style), there is quite an innovative idea promoted actively: full-time designers manufacturers come up with many impressive modifications.

We present you today the renovated residence in Gramercy Park, New York which was initially built in 1848. As you can imagine, it’s a real challenge to transform such a house.
The challenge was to reorganize the interior of a typical rental building with two apartments of the same size, one above the other, also a new steel structure was introduced, new plumbing, electricity, and heating.
Analyzing the house, we found that it is easily accessed by a staircase (and elevator) that starts from the ground floor. The new design of the house was made in such a way in order to let the light in the house. Most of the space is bathed in light due to the natural light, coming from the new glass façade.
The second floor features two bedrooms, shared bathroom and a living room,while on the top floor there is a master bedroom set, like a suite, with access to two terraces; one on them faces the building on the other side of the street.
We have loved the lights on the ceilings as they are shaped in organic forms, and the glass facade also features LED lights.In the bathrooms we find unconventional cladding, and a stainless steel sanitary.
The reform of this house between has been carried out by Fractal Construction, in collaboration with designer Ingo Maurer and the sculptor Emilio Garcia.

Air turbine lamp is another of those light wind models designed to illuminate through the energy generated by the wind. This time we see a complicated vertical axis turbine, that has been manufactured using 3D printing technology.
With a design which reminds of a beautiful seashell, this lamp is an innovative product. The electricity powers the LED inside. The 3D printer that has made the main structure of the printer has used a lightweight ceramic material.
This beautiful lamp is designed by the architect Margot Krasojevic.
