Four seasons hotel and tower is a splendid hotel in Miami. It’s a skyscraper in Miami, Florida. It’s located in downtown Miami financial district.
The tower houses 4 seasons hotel, office premises and some residential spaces on upper floors. The height is 240m and the tower has a total of 70 floors, it’s the highest building in Miami and Florida.
The building has been designed by Gary Edward Handel and Associates. The building was constructed with reinforced steel and concrete. The construction began in 2000 and the building was completed in 2003.
Most of office space is occupied by HSBC Bank in USA.
There is a lobby, a terrace, an outdoor pool, located on the 6th floor, 934 parking lots on 7th floor.
Four Seasons hotel occupies from 7th to 36th floor. It has a capacity of 221 rooms and 84 apartments.
186 luxurious apartments occupy from 40th to 70th floor. The total construction is estimated at 379 million US dollars.
