Guaiume House: a four-level haven

The Guaiume house is located in Sousas Guaiume, one of four districts of Campinas (São Paulo, Brazil). But its design is also intended to function as a home with a good passive solar performance, avoiding energy waste, and including a powerful entry of light and natural ventilation.
The living area is arranged linearly, with the dining room at first, followed by the kitchen, and outdoor area at the end: there is a porch by the pool (with barbecue) and a sunny terrace.
The three bedrooms are on the top floor, two of which are arranged symmetrically, with space for a desk, a wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Down the corridor we reach the master bedroom (suite), which has a balcony overlooking the backyard.
