Today we look at Urban City Hérouville-Saint-Clair, a business center in the west of Europe. It has been finished and it meets all the requirements – local employment center, a business centre and a restaurant. There have been some restrictions imposed on the design of the center, but they were overcome by the three main volumes assembled without an apparent balance.
The symbolic element of the project creates a visually appealing element for the visitor. The building is designed to be seen from two perspectives: first is the base, adopting the lines of the city and the countryside, and then we recognize the vertical structure. The facade of the building incorporates planning, and the architectural objectives of the convergence along with the principles of sustainable development.
