The residence Kaprys is designed to be used in both summer and winter. It is built in a woodland environment, in Cariló, a seaside resort located 400 km away from Buenos Aires.
The house was designed as a lookout since it is so closed to the forest. Its structure is reinforced by two major walls and a few columns. The house Kaprys is separated from the ground and thus it provides open spaces which gives access to the interior.
The house is basically developed on one level, however it takes the most out of the L shape. All social areas in the house, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and a covered barbecue terrace, provide a 360 degrees view to the forest.
Next to the house there is a parking lot and an area that we can name it as the entrance hall. I’m sure that you will particularly like the connection between the bedroom and all other spaces within the house Kaprys. The splendid staircase is naturally lit from a window that is located on the roof.
This house is another example of splendid architecture that inspires our creativity and willingness to be close to the nature.
