House PF: transformation with minimalist finishes

January 7, 2014 Comments Off on House PF: transformation with minimalist finishes

The PF House is built at the foot of Castle Pergine Valsugana (Italy) , on a hillside with a breathtaking view over the valley. This is an environment with a modern look and feel, but in reality it is a work of remodeling of an old building with great interiors, marked by minimalism that defines its lines.
To take advantage of the geographical features of the land, architects have built a separate entrance at the lower level. Once we are inside, we will notice a space dominated by a large glass table, we guess that we are in the main dining room, but in the kitchen there is a bigger table for informal meals, breakfast. There is no real room in this house, we do not see any sofa, however there are good chairs and loungers scattered around almost every corner.
A technical point worth mentioning is that the new house has a completely independent structure of the old building.
Besides all characteristic of the house, it is necessary to emphasize the high efficiency of the PF house, supported by a solar energy and home automation control.
