Imperial Tower is a 400m high skyscraper. It has been designed by the creators of the famous Burj Khalifa, and it is planned to become the highest building in Bombay (India). In its 116 volumes there will be 132 luxury homes.
The tower is thin, but it has an aerodynamic shape and it may serve as a protection against the winds. It also has large landscaped terraces spread along the facade that give it a rather unique appearance.
There is a facility that reuses the rainwater. The facade is covered by a material which reduces the solar radiation gains and reduces the air conditioning costs. The skyscraper will also have very efficient mechanical systems.
