We like to spy on the homes that are located in residential buildings, as we learn how to utilize other spaces, how to apply decorations, and how we can combine certain interior design styles. This time, we present you the peculiarity of the apartment which belongs to a famous, former coach of FC Barcelona: Pep Guardiola.
Guardiola has decided to go with his family to the Big Apple, and he has chosen an apartment in The Ardsley, a building designed by architect Emery Roth. The building has 20 floors, and is located at 320 Central Park West. It is regarded as one of the Art Deco residential constructions in New York.
The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a private elevator, and a great orientation overlooking the Central Park. We could not find the floor plan that describes the current distribution, but one that could well be reproduced.
No doubt this is a very spacious living room with large windows, with somehow eclectic decor, and even vintage style. We especially like the next room where we can watch TV while sitting on a comfortable leather sofa, and a great library to the background, and of course the dining room with furniture and stylish lamps. The kitchen has the appearance of being well equipped, especially when it comes to refrigerators and glossy kitchen countertops.
The Italian newspaper La Repubblica reported that this luxury home will cost about $ 31,000 to Pep on a monthly basis. The list of famous residents in the building also includes the actor David Duchovny (Agent Mulder of The X-Files).
