Jarson Residence is built in the arid landscape of Paradise Valley, with views to the distant mountains on the horizon of Scottsdale (Arizona ). The house was designed for a couple of professionals in the area of real estate, but they also share a passion for modern art and architecture.
Given the topography of the site, the garage and the entrance to this property are on the upper floor. Such access functions as an art gallery displaying the collection of the owners, and it is connected to the hallway leading to the bedrooms, one for each child, and for parents. The master suite includes a dressing room and an en suite. Also on this floor we find an office. The lower level is mostly dedicated to the living room, occupying the corner glazed double height of the building, from which there are interesting sights. The kitchen maintains visual communication with this space, but it also has a pantry.
We don’t have many photographs that allow us to judge the quality of the interior decoration, although we know that floors are made of concrete, there are some glass walls, and cabinets that use cherry wood and stainless steel.
