Today we present you a house which is called M-22. It is a result of the efforts which Michael Fitzhugh Architect put in this project. This spectacular modern residence is located on the top of a hill and it offers wonderful views of West Grand Traverse Bay in Northern Michigan. The house design recreates new feelings, a sense of discovery as this home stands at the top and views are incomparable. The materials and spaces were inspired by using elements such as water, wind, earth and fire. From every room you can feel the materials used, the light and undoubtedly you will not miss the strong connection with the place. The house also features an innovative geothermal heating and climate control along with its own hydroelectric power generator that uses rainwater, geothermal water and gravity to generate power energy for the home. A mixture of concrete, steel and large glass openings allow maximum natural light to flow into the house. This is a unique structure and it is an example for future methods to create sustainable design and construction. The decor shows the exquisite taste of the owner. Furniture and accessories give a classy style.
