This property is located in a 1918 building, built in the Vasastaden in Gothenburg (Sweden) neighborhood. We find a family atmosphere in the back yard where there are a garden and a barbecue. This flat occupies an area of 31m2, but it seems much bigger due to very high ceilings which are almost transparent.
As usual in most Nordic houses, white is the predominant color, not only walls and ceilings are painted white, but also the furniture. Current decoration is a result of a transformation introduced in 2011, which included painting walls and ceilings, sanding floors, and also renovation of the kitchen and the bathroom.
Besides the bed, there is a sofa bed in the living room, a small table to eat in the kitchen, which is arranged with enough storage space.
